If you know me at all you know I am sentimental to a fault. I struggle to throw away toys my kids never play with anymore. I hold on to their old clothes & artwork. My heart burns as I think of my oldest child, my first baby going to fifth grade next year. It’s true what the old lady at the grocery said, it does go too fast. I think that’s why at home sessions are so special to me. You will always love how your child looks in a studio image. With their hair done perfectly, their hands & faces clean and a special outfit on. But your REAL memories are of them in your home with you. Messy, in love, and with their favorite toys. A true documentation of your everyday life. There is beauty in the chaos. What is more extraordinary than that?
As the Newcom family are expecting their second baby, their first is growing older. We spent some time capturing her. Well really. . . We played.
